Accent On Travel Service Fees

Accent On Travel assesses service fees that offset the costs related to providing you the best vacation experience possible.

Airline Fees

• $15 per ticket for airline research and processing in conjunction with a cruise or tour package.
• $35 (minimum) for any other airline research and processing.
• $50 (minimum) per coupon, voucher, frequent flyer, or exchange ticketing

Cruise, Tour, or Vacation Packages:

• $25 'Plan to Go' deposit applies to final payment or cancellation fee if applicable
• $25 For each change on a booking after deposit has been made
• $25 Last minute requests (within 2 weeks of travel or 4 weeks prior to holiday)
• $50 (Minimum) for cancellation of cruise, tour, or vacation package after deposit

Individualized Custom Vacation Planning (not in conjunction with a tour or cruise package)

• $20 per hotel or car reservation
• $50 (minimum) Personalized 'take away' destination itinerary
• $200 Personalized 'take away' destination itinerary with detailed pricing quotes, times, and hotel information.

Other Fees

• $15 (Minimum) for express delivery of documents
• $20 Online processing of shore excursions, online cruise registrations
• $20 Printing and mailing of electronic cruise/tour documents (if you choose not to download them yourself)
• $50 Return check fee
• $30 VISA assistance processing
• $50 (Minimum) personal assistance for insurance claim processing
